It boasts thoughtfully designed components using high-quality materials. Top-of-the-line reflective paracord makes up the main ridge-line, guaranteeing both strength and visibility. 3mm accessory cord is utilized for the prusik loops, and non reflective 550 paracord is used for the soft shackles.

Ends are heat seared
All cord is cut with a hot knife, not burnt with flame. This sears the ends to stop fraying and unraveling without burning the cord.

Knots Are Tempered
Heat treatment is applied to all knots in each component, similar to using a hot knife to sear the end. This tempering process increases the knot's resistance against untying, without damaging the cord.

Pre-Stretched Cord
All paracord used in our products undergos a pre-stretching process. This involves pulling the sheath to tighten on the inner strands, resulting in a longer sheath than the core. The extra sheath is then cut off with a hot knife, pre-tensioning the cord. Pre-stretching is crucial as it prevents tangling and makes the cord more manageable in the field. Despite being a time-consuming step in building our ridge-lines, it greatly enhances the user-friendliness of our product.
